Didn't take long for Hal Kneller to find a job.
After seeing his position eliminated at iBiquity due to budget cuts, Hal has joined up with Nautel as market development manager.
Good move for both sides. Kneller is a very well regarded industry pro and a classy guy (even after seeing his international development position eliminated at iBiquity he was most gracious about the company in speaking with me about it). And it's another notable hire for the transmitter company, which in recent years has added folks like Chuck Kelly, Gary Liebisch, John Abdnour, Ellis Terry, John Bisset, Gerardo Vargas and Steve Schmitt to its sales and marketing team. Quite a lineup of talent there.
Kelly, the director of sales, called Kneller an industry legend; and that's pretty much right.

Kneller, Not Long on the Street, Heads to Nautel
Paul - I could not agree more with your comments - there aren't a lot of "class acts" left in our industry but Chuck Kelly is certainly one of them and when you read the line-up of folks he's brought into Nautel it's the "A" list of folks I'd love to get around a table for a great evening of conversation.
Keep up the good work - Andy
