"Digital Economy Act 2010: a smokescreen for backroom radio ‘deal’"
The reasons that digital radio migration/switchover will never happen
are no different now than they were before the Digital Economy Bill

unconvinced about the merits of DAB radio, this legislation changes

the House of Lords in January 2010, are:
Sad that you are so desperate for an HD Radio mandate, since it has been such a complete failure with consumers, by using scare tactics, so try reading Grant Goddard's radio blog about digital radio in the UK. There are no reclaimtion needs in the US for the analog radio airways, as there were for the digital TV transition, so no incentive for a forced HD Radio transition. One can't force consumers to buy HD radios.
