The National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation has announced that it will host a Leadership Development Program, aimed at broadcast professionals with three to seven years’ experience who are considered “rising stars in their field.”

The program will be held from Oct. 25–28, at NAB headquarters in Washington.

Attendees will receive constructive peer and professional assessments and attend sessions on topics like navigating corporate culture, getting the most from those you work with, and team-building, according to a release.

The Leadership Development Program is part of NABEF’s mission to provide educational opportunities for broadcasters at every career level and increasing diversity in broadcast, according to a statement from the organization. The cost is $1,700 including hotel, $1,000 without.

Additionally, the NABEF is providing five fellowships for women and people of color to attend this program. To apply to the fellowship, go here.
