TalkSport Live Puts Twitter Audio to Work

Hearkening back to the days of
telegraph and wire reporting in early radio sports coverage, soccer broadcast
specialist talkSport is taking its international broadcast talkSport Live to
another level: Twitter.
Starting Oct. 20, the network
will make play-by-play coverage of Barclay’s Premier League games available through its audio player embedded in an
enhanced Twitter profile page, to fans outside the European Economic
Area; it will also be available in Spanish and Mandarin.Users
can then retweet the highlights.
A release notes that
talkSports’ Twitter page is optimized for mobile devices.
