Studer Has a New Vista

The Studer Vista 1 is a “compact” table/desktop unit with 22 faders. Studer boast that is barely a meter/yard wide.

Though only 22 faders, through the magic of software, Studer’s Vistonics in this case, it can handle 96 channels. Modular I/O allows for a variety of input formats: AES, MADI, AoIP, ADAT, TDIF, CobraNet, Dolby E/Digital or even SDI.

For broadcasters it offers talkback, mix-minus, tally light, GPIO control and an integrated jingle player that can access a USB storage device. It can also interface DAW systems and network with other Studer consoles.
