Sine Systems, a producer of broadcast control and monitoring equipment, was recently purchased by Armstrong Transmitter Corp., a maker of transmission systems, according to a statement released by Sine’s former co-owner Marc Pezzolla and Sinan Mimaroglu, president of Armstrong.

Armstrong will continue to provide Sine’s product line under the Sine Systems brand. Due to the logistics inherent in the transition period, order fulfillment is expected to resume in a few weeks.

Sine Systems’ website and telephone number have also been acquired by Armstrong.

As reported in Radio World, Sine Systems co-owner Susan Ford passed away earlier in the year.
