As Sweden moves full force toward digitization, industry players have launched the Digital Radio website.

The new site, managed by transmission service company Teracom, informs visitors of the advantages that terrestrial digital radio brings. It also highlights experiences from other countries and shares technical information necessary for industry professionals.

“Such a site is vital for the launch of digital terrestrial radio and follows the example of numerous other countries that have launched this type of forum,” said Per Gunnarsson Borgå, product manager at Teracom.

“Professionals are welcome to participate in the content of this site to render it as informative as possible. We are starting off with a B2B focus and will transition slowly toward a site that is also dedicated to the general public,” he said.
