| Lawo Acquires Majority Share in Innovason |

German pro audio company Lawo has acquired a majority share in French digital console manufacturer Innovason.
“The move officially terminates the receivership period for Innovason and provides a strong partner for future development,” they stated in the announcement.
Company officials said Lawo has expertise in high-end digital broadcast consoles and that Innovason has “similar areas of competence geared to the live market.”
