Microphone manufacturer Electro-Voice, part of the Bosch group of companies, has released a three-CD charity album to benefit the families and survivors of the 2007 I-35W bridge collapse.
The compilation, Musicians for Minneapolis, includes 57 songs, including released and unreleased live and studio tracks from Los Lobos, Dick Dale, Steve Vai, DJ Spooky, Howe Gelb, Sparklehorse, Calexico, Les Claypool, George Clinton, Lee Scratch Perry, among others.
Robert Bosch North America LLC will donate proceeds raised through sales of the CD to the Minnesota Helps: Bridge Disaster Fund.
The benefit compilation originates from Electro-Voice’s historic and current artist endorsement program and philanthropic efforts of Bosch.
