Blastwave FX has released the newest version of its Podcaster podcasting sound effects platform.

Podcaster 2 contains 500 sounds, beats, music clips and production elements.

Available on the DVD are 250 general sound effects, 50 loopable beats, 100 imaging elements and 100 multimedia sounds.

Cuts are executed at 24-bit/96 kHz in an MP3 format. Each cut also has metadata designed to facilitate searching in sound library programs such as SoundMiner, iTunes and NetMix, along with DAW programs such as Pro Tools and AVID.

Designed for Web-based production, Podcaster 2 is part of the Microwaves line.
